Work With The Wild School

The Wild School is an outdoor, nature-based education program serving children across multiple locations. Our programs include Wild Preschool, Forest Kindergarten, seasonal camps, and caregiver-child classes.

We believe children thrive outdoors — and we also believe educators deserve clear expectations, predictable schedules, and to be paid for all time they work.

All roles at The Wild School are:
  • Hourly and location-based

  • Schedule-specific and consistent

  • Paid for classroom time, preparation, training, and staff meetings

  • Designed for people who want meaningful, hands-on work
