Role Overview

Summer Camp Assistant Counselors support lead counselors with supervision, transitions, setup, and camper engagement. This is a support role without independent group leadership.

Schedule (Choose One)

• Monday–Friday, 7:00–12:00

• Monday–Friday, 7:00–2:00

Compensation

Starting at $14–$15/hour, depending on experience.

​

Qualifications (Required)

• Experience working with children preferred

• Reliability and strong supervision instincts

• Comfort outdoors in heat/weather

• Ability to follow systems and take direction
