Role Overview
Caregiver Class Teachers lead parent-and-child classes focused on connection, play, and outdoor exploration. This role requires the ability to guide adults as participants while supporting young children through play-based experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate caregiver-child sessions with a clear, calm group rhythm

Model developmentally appropriate play support and behavior guidance

Communicate expectations kindly and clearly to adults

Maintain safety boundaries and a welcoming community tone

Set up and run simple invitations to play consistent with program standards

Compensation
Starting at $15/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications (Required)

Experience working with young children and adults/caregivers

Strong facilitation and communication skills

Comfort leading groups without over-structuring play

Comfort outdoors in all weather
