Role Overview

Caregiver Class Teachers lead parent-and-child classes focused on connection, play, and outdoor exploration. This role requires the ability to guide adults as participants while supporting young children through play-based experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate caregiver-child sessions with a clear, calm group rhythm

  • Model developmentally appropriate play support and behavior guidance

  • Communicate expectations kindly and clearly to adults

  • Maintain safety boundaries and a welcoming community tone

  • Set up and run simple invitations to play consistent with program standards

Varies by location/program offering.

Compensation

Starting at $15/hour, depending on experience.

​

Qualifications (Required)

  • Experience working with young children and adults/caregivers

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills

  • Comfort leading groups without over-structuring play

  • Comfort outdoors in all weather

​
