Role Overview

Summer Camp Lead Counselors lead a camper group through daily outdoor camp programming and support assistants and aides. This role requires strong leadership, group management, and consistent safety supervision.

Schedule (Choose One)

• Monday–Friday, 7:00–12:00

• Monday–Friday, 7:00–2:00

Compensation

Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience.

​

Qualifications (Required)

• Prior experience leading groups of children

• Strong communication, reliability, and decision-making

• Comfort working outdoors in heat/weather

• Ability to manage group safety and behavior with professionalism
