Role Overview
Forest School Teachers lead outdoor classes focused on exploration, resilience, nature connection, and skill-building. This role is ideal for educators who can hold boundaries, facilitate child-led learning, and maintain strong safety standards outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead outdoor learning experiences and group rhythm

Maintain clear safety boundaries and effective supervision

Facilitate activities, games, and exploration invitations

Support social development and conflict resolution as needed

Communicate professionally with staff and follow program systems

Compensation
Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications (Required)

Experience working with children in group settings

Comfort outdoors in all weather
-
Strong presence, supervision skill, and reliability

Education/outdoor education background preferred
