Role Overview

General Assistant Teachers support multiple programs as needed (preschool, forest school, caregiver classes, events). This role is for someone flexible, reliable, and comfortable moving between program types while maintaining strong supervision standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support class flow, supervision, setup, and cleanup

• Assist lead staff with transitions and child engagement

• Follow safety procedures and program systems across locations

• Step into support coverage where needed

Varies by location and staffing needs.

Compensation

Starting at $14/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications (Required)

• Reliability, flexibility, and strong supervision instincts

• Experience with children preferred

• Comfort outdoors in all weather
