What’s Included

• One or two Wild School party hosts (based on group size)

• First 45 minutes: Free play and your chosen guided activity

• Next 45 minutes: Food, cake, and presents (family supplied)

• Final 30 minutes: Closing free play and exploration

• Plates, napkins, utensils, and serving tools provided

• A coupon for each attending family to use toward future Wild School offerings

• Families provide their own food, drinks, and cake.

Party Theme Options

Choose one theme below. Each includes a signature guided activity led by your Wild School host(s).

Water & Dirt Party (Ages 2+)
Splash, scoop, pour, and dig. Children explore textures and movement through mud kitchens, water stations, and sensory nature play.

Shelter Builders Party (Ages 4+)
Children work together to design and build a primitive shelter using sticks and logs, inspired by forest explorers.

Nature Treasure Hunt Party (Ages 3+)
A guided treasure hunt using clues, listening skills, and observation to search for hidden forest treasures.

Bug Party (Ages 3+)
Begin with a bug hunt, then build a take-home bug hotel using bark, sticks, and leaves.

Nature Art Party (Ages 3+)
Children gather natural materials to create a nature necklace, learning simple weaving and tying techniques.

Seasonal Parties (Ages 2+)
Celebrate the season with a Wild School tradition:

• Fall: Paint or carve mini pumpkins

• Winter: Create a nature ornament or winter lantern

• Spring: Plant a flower, herb, or seedling to take home, or make a wildflower crown

Optional Add-Ons

• Customized Digital Evite (+$35)
  A personalized invitation designed for your theme. We manage the guest list for you.

• Campfire & S’mores Station (+$50, evening parties only)
  Includes roasting sticks, marshmallows or campfire bread, and fixings. Fire is fully supervised by staff.

• Rock Painting Craft (+$50)
  Each child paints and takes home a nature rock in a small carrying case.

• Plant-a-Seed Craft (+$50)
  Each child plants a seed or seedling in a biodegradable cup to take home and grow.

• Native Seed Packet (+$20 per child)
  A packet of native wildflower seeds for each child to take home.

Pricing & Booking

• Weekday Party: $400

• Saturday or Sunday Party: $450

• Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit due at booking

• Remaining Balance: Due the day of the party

• Advance Booking: Please book at least 7 days in advance

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time by email. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
